4/6/2015: A Bonneville County deputy tried to initiate a traffic stop on the subject who was a felon with charges of Larsen was a convicted felon with drug, weapons, traffic, and hunting violations. The subject refused to stop and turned off his lights, leading the deputy on a high-speed chase in the dark. Eventually he pulled into a driveway and drove into a cement foundation. When the deputy got out to see if the subject was OK, he drew a .22 caliber rifle and refused to drop it.
